Plagge Consulting uses generative artificial intelligence as a supporting work tool. This may include, in particular, drafting texts, structuring, linguistic editing, developing ideas, graphic conception, generating images and graphics and editing visual content.
AI systems do not replace professional or editorial responsibility. Published content is reviewed, contextualised and approved by a human before publication. Andreas Plagge bears editorial responsibility for the content published on this website on behalf of Plagge Consulting.
2. Texts
Texts may be prepared or edited with the support of generative AI. They are not published solely on the basis of AI output. Statements of content, figures, professional assessments and external claims are editorially reviewed and, where necessary, checked against the underlying data or sources.
This applies in particular to content concerning research, capital markets, system architecture, risk management, validation and legal or regulatory matters. Where AI-generated or AI-edited text concerns matters of public interest, it is subject to human review or editorial control before publication, and editorial responsibility remains with Andreas Plagge on behalf of Plagge Consulting. Irrespective of the exception in Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act for content subject to human review and editorial responsibility, the supporting use of AI is additionally disclosed on this website as a general transparency measure.
3. Images, graphics and visualisations
Individual images, graphic elements, illustrations or visualisations may have been generated or edited in whole or in part using generative AI. For evidently creative or illustrative components, a general disclosure is provided through this page and the permanently visible notice in the footer.
If artificially generated or manipulated image, audio or video content resembles real persons, objects, places, facilities or events so closely that it could falsely be understood as authentic or true, the AI generation or manipulation will additionally be disclosed clearly and distinguishably directly on or next to the relevant representation. For evidently artistic, creative, satirical, fictional or analogous content, the disclosure is provided in a manner that does not unnecessarily interfere with the presentation or enjoyment of the work.
4. No AI interaction with website visitors
No AI chatbot, AI agent or other AI system that interacts directly with visitors is currently integrated into this website. No AI-based profiling and no automated decision concerning visitors takes place via the website.
5. Labelling practice
The general notice in the footer provides transparency about the supporting use of generative AI across the website. Where a specific individual label is required because of the nature or effect of content, or is appropriate to avoid a false impression of authenticity, it is additionally provided directly when the relevant content is first shown, for example with the notice “AI-generated visualisation” or “Created/edited using generative AI”.
6. Legal framework
The transparency practice takes particular account of the transparency obligations under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act), applicable since 2 August 2026, as well as the European Commission guidelines published on 20 July 2026. Other statutory requirements concerning transparency, labelling, copyright, trademarks, personality rights and data protection remain unaffected.
