RISK DISCLOSURE

Risk and use disclosures

Context for the research, system and capital-market content presented on this website.

Legal notice Privacy Social media & communication Risk disclosure AI transparency

1. Purpose of the content

Plagge Consulting provides information on this website concerning research, system architecture, decision logic, execution, risk management, validation and documentation in the capital-markets context. The content is intended to present development stages, methods and research results from a professional perspective and to prepare qualified professional and business discussions.

2. No investment advice and no offer

The content of this website constitutes neither individual investment advice or a personal recommendation nor an invitation or offer to buy, sell or hold securities, derivatives, commodities, foreign currencies or other financial instruments. It does not replace advice tailored to a user's personal circumstances, knowledge, experience, objectives and capacity to bear risk.

The presentation of the Institutional Trading Decision & Risk Framework, the Decision Core, the APS Risk Layer or individual research results does not constitute a promise of any particular trading, investment or performance result.

3. General market risks

Trading financial instruments, particularly derivative and leveraged instruments, can involve substantial risks up to and including the complete loss of the capital invested and – depending on the instrument, contract and account model – obligations exceeding the amount invested. Market liquidity, volatility, gaps, technical disruptions, execution quality, slippage, costs, financing, margin requirements and exceptional market conditions can materially affect results.

4. Historical, simulated and hypothetical results

Historical, simulated, modelled or hypothetical results are not a guarantee or a reliable promise of future results. They may differ materially from results under real trading conditions.

Backtests and simulations are created on the basis of historical data and defined model assumptions. They may, among other things, be subject to limitations relating to data quality, data availability, event sequencing, execution, liquidity, costs, fees, slippage, market impact, latency, stop and trailing logic and other real trading conditions. They may also be exposed to model, selection, parameter and overfitting risks, as well as biases arising, for example, where development and validation data are not cleanly separated. The expressly stated data status, scope of examination and validation status are decisive for each presentation.

Unless results are expressly identified as actually realised live results, they must not be understood as evidence of trading results actually achieved.

5. Research and validation status

The framework presented on this website is at different stages of development and validation depending on the module. Statements are therefore expressly tied to the documented data status, the respective scope of examination and the validation status. Research results already substantiated, separately documented mechanisms and future development objectives must be distinguished from one another.

In particular, the presentation of a historical APS path or a documented protection mechanism does not mean that a universal reduction in drawdown, superiority or future performance is guaranteed. Effects that take account of costs, real execution and the actual intraday sequence are to be regarded as substantiated only to the extent that they are expressly identified as validated.

6. Independent assessment

Professional or business decisions based on the content presented require an independent assessment. Institutional prospects and other professional market participants should, in particular, evaluate the data basis, assumptions, methodology, implementation, scope of validation, technical dependencies and known limitations as part of their own due diligence.

7. Third-party providers, trademarks and external content

Where names, trademarks, products, data sources, trading platforms, brokers, exchanges or other third-party providers are mentioned or linked on this website, this serves solely for factual description or source attribution. It does not imply any economic, corporate or other relationship and does not constitute a recommendation unless such a relationship or recommendation is expressly stated. Trademarks and identifiers remain the property of their respective rights holders.

8. AI-assisted creation and editorial responsibility

Generative artificial-intelligence tools may be used in the creation, structuring, linguistic editing or visualisation of individual content. AI output is not published without review. Published content is editorially reviewed, contextualised and approved; responsibility for publication remains with Plagge Consulting.

Further information on the labelling of artificially generated or edited content is available under AI transparency.

9. Statutory liability

These disclosures do not limit liability where a limitation of liability is prohibited by law. Mandatory statutory rights and grounds for liability remain unaffected.

RISK DISCLOSURE

Futures and forex trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
